This is our most popular range of EL Panels, and is based on the UK ‘A’ paper sizes.
The ‘A’ paper size has a useful property so that the width of panel is the same as the length of the panel one size smaller
(eg the length of A5 (21cm) is the width of A4)
EL Panels have small an unlit section running around the edge making the lit area slightly smaller, please check the details on each panel if this makes a difference to you
A1 = 59.4 x 84.1cm (or 23.4 x 33.1 inches)
A2 = 42.0 x 59.4cm (or 16.5 x 23.4 inches)
A3 = 29.7 x 42.0cm (or 11.7 x 16.5 inches)
A4 = 21.0 x 29.7cm (or 8.3 x 11.7 inches)
A5 = 14.8 x 21.0cm (or 5.8 x 8.3 inches)
A6 = 10.5 x 14.8cm (or 4.1 x 5.8 inches)
The A5 and A4 Sizes are also available with a connector on each corner, this means the EL Panel can be cut into 4 pieces and each of these will be able to connect to a splitter/inverter to make it glow
White EL Panels are available in a new style where they are white when they are both on and off.
